Adams NHP
Quincy, MA

The stamp is in the visitor center, located in the Galleria in Presidents Place at 1250 Hancock Street in Quincy.  Parking may be difficult.  Try the side street.

Boston African American NHS
Boston, MA

Located at 46 Joy Street (just north of Myrtle Street), this place is hard to find, as signage is non-existent.  And parking can also be non-existent, so you may want to find a parking garage and walk around to the Boston sites.  The site is a few blocks north of the Boston State House.  When I finally found the place there was no one there, not even a ranger, but the stamp was waiting.

Boston Harbor Islands NRA
Boston, MA

For the summer months this stamp lives in a kiosk in front of the Boston Aquarium.  During the rest of the year you'll need to ask for it at 15 State Street, in the Boston NHP Visitor Center.

Boston NHP - Bunker Hill Monument
Boston, MA

Bunker Hill, part of the Boston National Historic Park, is located just north of the Charlestown Navy Yard.  It's hard to miss the obelisk on the hill.  The stamp is kept at the information desk inside the visitor center, right next to the monument.  Ask the ranger for it.

Part of the Boston National Historic Park, the site is located off US-1.  Follow the signs to the USS Constitution.  There is motorcycle only parking right next to the visitor center.

Another site of the Boston National Historic Park, Faneuil Hall is just a quick walk from the State Street visitor center.  You'll need to find the ranger to get the stamp.

Cape Cod NS
Eastham, MA

The Cape Cod National Seashore extends for 40 miles along the Atlantic coast.  There are two visitor centers, one near Provincetown and the other right along route 6 near Eastham.  The stamps at both visitor centers are identical, with the South Wellfleet marking indicating the location of the park's headquarters.

This site is only open to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy NHS

Located at 83 Beals Street.  I got lucky and parked right in front of the house.  The entrance is right around the back and the stamp is just inside.  From March to November the site is only open Wednesday through Sunday.

Longfellow NHS
Cambridge, MA

The Longfellow site, at 105 Brattle Street,  is closed for restoration until the Spring of 2002, but it is still possible to get the stamp.  Call 617-876-4491 to make sure someone will be there when you stop by.  If you're lucky, and you go before June, you might get to meet Paulina, one of the nicest park rangers I've ever met.  She is also an avid stamp collector!

Lowell NHP
Lowell, MA

Take the Thorndike Street exit north from the Lowell Connector.  Turn right onto Dutton Street and then follow the signs to the parking lot.  The stamp is right in the visitor center.

Minute Man NHP
Lexington, MA

I got this stamp at the Minute Man Visitor Center, along route 2A (Massachuseets Avenue) between Concord and Lexington.  The parking lot is about a three minute walk to the VC.  There is another stamp at the North Bridge Visitor Center at 174 Liberty Street in Concord.  It is exactly the same stamp,

New Bedford Whaling NHP
New Bedford, MA

The visitor center closes at 4:00 PM.  It's on William Street (just west of Johnny Cake Hill), and you can probably find a spot for your motorcycle on the street nearby.

Salem Maritime NHS
Salem, MA

This stamp can be found at the Orientation Center on Derby Street in Salem. It's right next to the Central Wharf.  There is also a visitor center at 2 New Liberty Street, and they may have a stamp there.

Saugus Iron Works NHS
Saugus, MA

The site is at 244 Central Street about four blocks north of Main Street.  The visitor center, just off the parking lot, has the stamp.

Springfield Armory NHS
Springfield, MA

The armory is on the campus of the Springfield Technical Community College. From I-91, take exit 6.  Follow State Street east for about 1 mile, turn left on Federal Street, and then make the next left into the college grounds.  The Armory is back around the parking lot, and you can park right out front.  The stamp is at the information desk.
