You'll find this stamp at the Georgetown Visitor Center, 1057 Thomas Jefferson Street NW. There is metered motorcycle parking at the corner of Thomas Jefferson and M Street. There is also a stamp for the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail here.
Constitution Gardens Washington, DC
The gardens are on the National Mall between the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, Constitution Avenue, and the Reflecting Pool. The stamp is at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Information Kiosk.
Department of The Interior Washington, DC
Master Control for the Park Service is located at 1849 C Street NW, in the Department of The Interior Building. Tell the security guard you would like to go the the National Park Service Information Center which is located on the first floor. After you present picture ID and go through the metal detector (this is a federal building) you'll be treated to this stamp along with every park brochure and map in existence. Open Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 3 PM. There is metered parking right in front of the building.
Fords Theatre NHS Washington, DC
Fords Theatre is located at 511 10th Street NW, between E and F Streets. There are three different stamps here: One for the Theatre (see below), one for the Petersen House, and this one for the entire site. Ask the rangers just inside the main entrance for it

Fort DuPont NP Washington, DC
From downtown Washington, drive east on Pennsylvania Ave. SE, and cross the Sousa Bridge. Turn left on Minnesota Avenue and proceed to Randle Circle. Turn right at the circle to the entrance at Fort Dupont Drive. Follow signs to the activity center, and when you get there find the administrative office. The stamp is located inside.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Washington, DC
The memorial is along the Tidal Basin between the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials. There is a small parking lot at the western end of the memorial, near the bookstore. The stamp is in the bookstore.
Frederick Douglass NHS Washington, DC
Cedar Hill, Frederick Douglass' home, sits atop a hill at 1411 W Street SE. The visitor center is at street level, and there is a visitor parking lot right there at the corner of 15th and W Street SE. The ranger keeps the stamp at the information desk
Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens Washington, DC
The gardens are located in northeast Washington, along the tidal Anacostia River. Signage is not good. From the north on I-295, take the Eastern Ave/Addison Rd/Aquatic Garden exit onto Kenilworth Avenue, just south of US-50. The site is on Anacostia Avenue between Quarles and Douglas Streets. Park in the visitor lot and walk down the dirt path towards the information center, down on the left. The stamp is inside, near the bookshop. No one, not even a ranger, was around when I visited.
Korean War Veterans Memorial Washington, DC
This memorial is in the southwest corner of the National Mall, just steps from the Lincoln Memorial. The stamp is in the Information Kiosk as well as in the Lincoln Memorial Bookshop.
Lincoln Memorial Washington, DC
There is parking nearby, along Ohio Drive, just south of Independence Avenue. The Lincoln Memorial Bookshop, which is open from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM, has the stamp, along with stamps for the Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Lyndon B. Johnson Memorial Grove Washington, DC
The grove is on the GWMP west of I-95 and the 14th Street Bridge. The stamp is at the GWMP Headquarters in Turkey Run Park, which has three other stamps and a wealth of information about the parks in the Capital Region. Take the GWMP from exit 14 of I-495 and turn left into the headquarters parking lot about 2 miles south.
Lyndon B. Johnson Memorial Grove Washington, DC
This is a very slightly different stamp (and I mean VERY slightly) than the one shown above. It is available at the Arlington National Cemetery Visitor Center Bookstore.
Mary McLeod Bethune Council House NHS Washington, DC
The house is just south of Logan Circle at 1318 Vermont Avenue. Hours are odd so call 202-673-2402. The ranger will show you the stamp inside. Parking is tough.

Petersen House, the house where President Lincoln died, is located directly across from Fords Theatre. The stamp is located in the Fords Theatre bookstore.
President's Park - The White House Washington, DC
The visitor center for the White House is located on the first floor of the Commerce Department, on Pennsylvania Avenue between 14th and 15th Street. The stamp is kept by the ranger at the information desk. Parking is non-existent.
Rock Creek Park - Nature Center Washington, DC
The Nature Center is accessible from Military Road, south on Glover Road and then follow the sign to the center, about 1/4 mile. The stamp is at the information desk as you enter the building.
Rock Creek Park - Old Stone House Washington, DC
There are six metered motorcycle parking spaces at the corner of Thomas Jefferson Street and M Street, right across from the house. The stamp is just inside the house. Hours are odd. Call ahead.
Rock Creek Park - Pierce Mill Washington, DC
The Pierce Mill is just off Tilden Street, on the western edge of Rock Creek Park. The stamp is at the desk, just to the right as you enter the building.
Sewall-Belmont House NHS Washington, DC
An NPS affiliated area, the house is on 144 Constitution Avenue, NE, near the Capitol building. Parking is tough, but not impossible. I found a spot across the street on the corner of Maryland and Constitution. The stamp is just inside the entrance.
Theodore Roosevelt Island Washington, DC
You can reach the island from the northbound lane of the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Thomas Jefferson Memorial Washington, DC
There is a small parking lot behind the memorial, off the East Drive Basin. The stamp is in the information room, on the left as you enter the main rotunda. The site is open from 8:00 AM till midnight everyday but Christmas.
U.S. Navy Memorial Washington, DC
This site is not run by the National Park Service, but it still has a stamp. The memorial is located at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue between 7th and 8th Streets. The cashier in the bookstore downstairs has the stamp. (A mean old lady at the information desk upstairs told me they don't have a stamp!)
Vietnam Veterans Memorial Washington, DC
This very powerful memorial is along the northwest corner of the National Mall, just steps from the Lincoln Memorial. The stamp is in the information kiosk along with the Constitution Gardens stamp. It is also in the Lincoln Memorial Bookshop.
