ARKANSAS

Arkansas Post N MEM Gillett, AR
Take US-165 south from Gillett (about 9 miles), or north from Dumas (about 17 miles), to the intersection of route 169. There will be a sign here for the site. Follow the road a couple miles to the end and the visitor center parking lot. The stamp is inside. There is also a Trail of Tears NHT stamp here.
Buffalo NR Tyler Bend, AR
Tyler Bend is the Middle District area of the Buffalo National River. Take US-65 about 35 miles south of Harrison. Just across the river, on the south side, is a cut-off road to the Tyler Bend Visitor Center.
Fort Smith NHS Fort Smith, AR
The site is in downtown Fort Smith, between US-64, 3rd Street, and the Arkansas River. There is a parking area at the end of Garland Avenue. From US-64, turn south on 4th Street and then take a right on Garland. The stamp is to the right of the information desk in the visitor center, located on the ground floor of the Barracks-Courthouse-Jail building. There is also a Trail of Tears NHT stamp here.
Hot Springs NP Hot Springs, AR
The Hot Springs National Park Visitor Center is right along Central Avenue, in the Fordyce Bathhouse.
Pea Ridge NMP Pea Ridge, AR
Pea Ridge National Military Park is located in northwestern Arkansas, along US-62. The stamp is inside the visitor center, right along the highway.
